The mission of the whole organization is to (1) provide high quality medical care to patients, (2) to control expenses for providing medical care so that there is no wasted resources, and (3) to raise the level of income for providers and MRSB so that it produces a greater than market rate of return for our customers and associated providers.
To do this we have have the following corporate divisions and partner with several non-profit organizations.
- Linked IPAs - Master Contracting IPA under evergreen management of MRSB Holding, LLC. that is used to support and grow local IPA that are owed by the physicians.
- NPSS, LLC Nurse Practitioner Support Services for patient members of the IPAs.
- Medical Information Integration, LLC (www.mi-squared.com) - Health Care related software such as EHR/EMRs, customer support and development services
- International Universal General Agency, Inc. - Sells memberships and group insurance to patients in PPC
- Patient/Physician Cooperatives (PPC) (www.patientphysiciancoop.org) - Non-profit association of patients and physicians. Acts as a central point of community action and group purchasing power.
- Tomorrow's Bread Today (TBT) (www.tbt.org) - Non-Profit 501(c)3, provides access to healthcare and services via Donations, Grants and Medical Social Services
